Working with customer specifications and 2D CAD drawings, Wilmington uses their 2" diameter Brown & Sharpe single spindle screw machine and 3" Haas CNC turning center to machine these components to tolerances of ±0.002". Following both dimensional and visual inspections, Wilmington typically delivers these conveyor system components to their customer in New Castle, DE, only three to four weeks after receiving the order.
